According to Charis Moreno, senior manager of strategic partnerships for Trulia, Premium Listings benefit from increased visibility to the website’s action-ready audience. “68 percent of our audiences are not on other real estate websites, and 61 percent plan to buy within the next six months. In addition, 42 percent are pre-qualified for a mortgage,” stated Moreno
