New Boulder Avenue Opens To Revived Brady District

Tulsa – The Oklahoman

When Tulsans and out-of-town visitors travel along the new Boulder Avenue bridge in Tulsa, they’ll discover a changed Brady District that has benefitted from more than $200 million in redevelopment. On Monday, February 4 more than 100 Tulsans showed up to celebrate the opening of a new Boulder Avenue bridge that is anchored by the historic 99-year-old Brady Theater on the north end and the cutting-edge, five-year-old BOK Center on the south end. New developments include the Brady Fairfield Inn and Suites, Metro at Brady Arts District loft apartments, Guthrie Green park, Archer Market, and many more.
